| If you are awakening at night to urinate (nocturia), or experience urinary frequency or urgency, slow stream, or feeling that you are not emptying your bladder, or hesitancy in starting your urinary stream. |

| If you are experiencing loss of control of urine, needing diapers or pads in your undergarments, or urinary frequency or urinary urgency, or awakening at night to urinate (nocturia). |

| If you have sexual and erectile dysfunction, including such signs and symptoms as; low libido or decreased desire to have sex; low testosterone; problems attaining and or maintaining erections, as well as premature ejaculation. |
