| ENLARGED PROSTATE (BPH): |
| Symptoms may include weaker urinary stream, feeling of not emptying your bladder completely, urinary frequency or urgency, arising from sleep to urinate at night (nocturia) and waiting to start your urinary stream (hesitancy). |

| INCONTIENENCE (Urinary Urgency Incontinence): |
| Involuntary loss of urine secondary to urges to void that you may or may not be aware of. |

| OVERACTIVE BLADDER (OAB): |
| With symptoms of urinary urgency, frequency, leakage and or urinating at night (nocturia) |

| NOCTURIA: |
| Symptoms of frequency and urinating at least 2-3 times during sleeping hours. |

| ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED): |
| Inability to attain an erection sufficient for vaginal penetration or to maintain rigidity or lose erection too rapidly. |

| PROSTATE CANCER: |
| Patients may experience bone loss or weakening while receiving androgen blockade therapy for prostate cancer.

Patients with superficial bladder cancer that may benefit from medications to prevent recurrences of their disease. |
